One of the gifts from 2015 I am taking forward into 2016 – EFT. Emotional Freedom Techniques. Have you heard of it? Used it? I’d love to hear your experiences. EFT is now often just called Tapping, or EFT Tapping. It works on the premise that for every issue or area for improvement in our lives there is an emotional block that is impeding our natural healing potential. By tapping on acupressure points you can assist the block to release, clearing the energy disturbance that is causing the block.

Generally you use statements such as “Even though I feel… I choose…” as you tap on the key acupressure points. Here’s a great diagram of the key points you’ll use for tapping thanks to EFT-alive: EFT tapping acupressure points

Acupuncture refers to 12 Principle energy meridians – these are pathways for the flow of energy (Qi) through the body. Scientific research has finally caught up with a tradition spanning hundreds, even thousands of years. It has now been demonstrating that meridians are pathways which exist in subcutaneous (under the skin) tissues, serving as channels for the flow of interstitial microscopic fluid through the body.

Irrespective of how it works, I’m loving it and wanted to share with you my favourite Tapping guru, Brad Yates. He has some amazing resources, including free videos on YouTube – get some of these into your daily life and watch your world change. Honestly – start believing in miracles, because with tapping they will be coming your way.

Brad has even created a childrens’ book explaining that the magic is within – how exciting to empower our children with that belief, I’m so excited to get started with mine.

2016 is going to be amazing – get tapping and create even more miracles, more self-worth, attract more great things into your life this year.
